Open Your Mind
Life challenges you
with serious questions
Do not accept foolish answers
Watch a starry sky. In all directions, trillions of stars are fusing particles and forging matter.
Do you sincerely believe such prodigious activity serves merely to adorn the nights of a handful of humans on a modest planet?
Isn't it obvious that Creation has a larger purpose?
Observe a gem or a leaf. No human has intervened in the perfect assemblage of their countless atoms or cells.
Do you sincerely believe that it happened by chance?
Isn't it obvious that purposeful consciousness, as dim as it may be, is at work everywhere?
Consider a chimpanzee. Its body is 60% similar to yours. Its genes, 99%.
Do you sincerely believe that because your brain is four times larger, you have a soul, but not this primate?
Isn't it obvious that the spirit is not some substance that fills only the larger skulls?
There is be a better way
to understand the universe than
choosing between faith and reason
Religion claims that all reflects the will and power of the Divine. It is a little confusing, though. Yahweh, Brahman, God, Allah, the Great Architect? Several gods or only one? A God who cares for humans or ignores them?
Whatever your doubts, religion does not appreciate such questioning. You should not attempt to rationalize heavenly revelations.
Science says that all is the result of physical and chemical interactions. It is rather distressing, though. What about consciousness, feelings, insights? Are they also material processes? Are you just some sort of computer, only more advanced?
Whatever your reservations, science too demands unquestioning faith. You should not bother with questions your brain is not programmed to answer.
On one hand: religious dogmas unable to fit modern knowledge.
On the other: scientific paradigms unable to tackle spiritual issues.
Eternism explains
with coherence the nature
and meaning of the universe
Eternism connects a wide range of physical and spiritual phenomena through a unique descriptive scheme. The pertinence of this scheme is demonstrated by the vastness of its applicability. For instance, Eternism provides sensible answers to many perplexing questions such as:
What is life and what is its purpose?
How come one human has everything while another has nothing?
What justification is there for so much
suffering in this world?
Why do most life forms need the demise of others to survive?
How can one make sense of death?
Is there immortality and how can it be rationalized?
A complete modern-day system of thought, the theory of Eternons goes well beyond these topics.
With Eternism, you open your mind and grasp rational concepts instead of falling for implausible doctrines.
